org.apache.jasper.JasperException: An exception occurred processing JSP page /admin/jiaoshi/daochuExc.jsp at line 163


这两句话表示创建一个新的文件失败。
所以可能是当前用户没有文件路径的訪问权限。也有可能是文件路径错误等其它关于文件路径的问题
