错误信息：

    at org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.addChild(ContainerBase.java:877)
    at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardHost.addChild(StandardHost.java:652)

原因：

即：tomcat的/config/server.xml中配置了两个相同的项目如下：

<Context path="/SSHE" docBase="E:\SSHE"  debug="5" reloadable="true" crossContext="true">
</Context>

<Context path="/SSHE" docBase="F:\SSHE" debug="5" reloadable="true" crossContext="true">
</Context>
