之前项目是vs2010 aspx项目，用vs2017打开后，非运行状态下
有一行错误：CS0234 C# The type or namespace name 'DataVisualization' does not exist in the namespace 'System.Web.UI' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

每个页面打开都会有一行这个错误，运行时正常，强迫症不能忍。

在网上查了各种解决办法，比如添加引用之类的，都无法解决，最后无意间切换了一次.net版本，先由4.0切换为一个其它版本比如4.5再切换为4.0就不再报错了。
