http://www.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/native/

到该地址下下载一个tomcat-native-1.2.2-win32-bin压缩包，选择里边的一个64位tcnative-1.dll覆盖tomcat中bin目录下的tcnative-1.dll文件即可

再次运行即不会报错了。

删除了或者是覆盖了tcnative-1.dll还是不行

安装32bit的myeclipse2015看看吧
