I have more than 8 years of business analyst and project management experience of various activities including requirement analysis, project estimation, project planning, quality control, client delivery, etc. I learned PMP knowledge and methodology and actively apply to the procedures to provide more efficient and effective service.

As a Team Leader I was involved in various business operations and assisted project manager in managing and planning time against multiple projects and priorities，and deliver on time according to project schedules. Involved in coordinating with cross function internal teams on projects and Organizing project meetings and workshop. I also took part in the mentoring team members on process and engineering best practices, planning software platforms, setting architectural direction and designing high availability solutions for production software.

Description: A e-business solution of online fashion sales to provide a overall and value-added service to customers

) Responsibilities:

In this project I took the coordination, management of all activities throughout the organization.

One of the greatest challenge of this complicated project is coordinate with many partners including some overseas team.Take the subsystem of online try-on for example, we coordinated with a Korean team on requirement collection and analysis, business and data modeling, system integrated test and client delivery work.

I did take great effort to the communication work among different roles of the whole project team.I also took charge of delivery work such as  preparing and conducting system demonstrations,training, etc.

Ningbo Free Trade Zone System 4th Edition, Ningbo Description: A reengineered supervion system of local custom.

)Responsibilities:

I took the responsibility of business process reengineering for having got a detailed understanding of the system’s previous version. My work involved identifying new process, finding out gaps in existing process and I contributed a lot in converting the requirements into effective business design.

I was also involved in design and development work of this new version, and also facilitated and coordinated with the business user testing team in test plan writing and review/approval for all test phases.

These requirement work helped me to prepare test supporting work such as writing test planes and test cases of the business process or application which was used by functional team as well as development team for doing a detailed testing on the business application.

I was also involved in development work and coordinated with overseas supplier which provided middleware service to our EDI platform.
