网站如果绑定了代理ip，内部跳转的时候，就会报The remote name could not be resolved错误，这个错误很难排查，网上也没有多少可参考的例子

现在记录下解决方法，以备参考：

方法就是在webconfig文件里面添加代理配置：

<system.net>

    <defaultProxy>

      <proxy usesystemdefault="True" proxyaddress="http://x.x.x.x:80" bypassonlocal="True"/>

    </defaultProxy>
