Initializing the FallBack certificate failed . TDSSNIClient initialization failed

安装SQL后服务不能启动，报错：

经查原因：

SQL启动域帐号的status=Temporary

Windows Server 2012位置：Control Panel --> system --> Advanced system settings --> Advanced --> User Profiles -->Settings

解决方法：

1.SQL启动帐号改成local system.

2.退域重加域

之后再查启动帐号的status=Local
