OracleDBConsoleorcl 服务无法启动 在事件查看器里看到 Agent process exited abnormally during initialization.的记录。知道是因为自己改了机器名导致了，Google解决这个问题发现很多人在问，看来大家都经常更改机器名嘛。

发现Oracle的EM使用我原来的机器名生成了一个目录，里面是相关的配置文件，立刻更改之。启动服务，OK。

D:/oracle/product/10.1.0/Db_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_（计算机名+域名）_orcl/config

如上 标红的部分就是需要修改的机器名称。

如果你修改了计算机名称或者添加域名发现oracle em 不能正常启动，需要把红色部分更新成你新修改的计算机名称+域名

之后重启一下oracle 服务 em就可以正常启动。
