在Rust中，cargo使用国内镜像源
一个编程语言依赖包管理的普通问题。
cargo解决得比较优雅。
一，新建$HOME/.cargo/config文件
[source.crates-io] registry = "https://github.com/rust-lang/crates.io-index" replace-with = 'ustc' [source.ustc] registry = "git://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/crates.io-index"
二，项目cargo.toml内容
