出现的问题就像下面这样：

解释一下我出现这种情况的背景：

1. 首先安装好了OMNeT++软件，关于OMNeT++软件是否安装成功详见另一篇文章 OMNeT++安装教程

2. 也安装好了GCC编译环境 — MinGW，关于MinGW是否安装成功详见另一篇文章 MinGW安装教程

3. 也下载了个Eclipse C++看看是否还报错(其实OMNeT++也是个类Eclipse C++软件)，而结果是Eclipse C++没报错，也就是问题应该就在OMNeT++本身

然后在网上找别的解决办法：

大致意思就是开启mingwenv.cmd，从mingwenv.cmd进入OMNeT++了之后，不要关闭mingwenv.cmd，就是一直开着，就不报错了

(就跟开着个Tomcat不要关才能访问一样)
