Goals determine what you are going to be.

Owning some goals in life means you will have specific directions that can guide you to go forward in life.

Please notice that the real goals must be clear and specific, otherwises, they are not goals, they are just wishes or dreams, then their effects may be heavily discounted.

Take some insights into your life, make clear what you are going to be, produce the blueprint, long-term and short-term plans about how to reach the goals.

Once you have such goals, you will have the impetus and you won't be easily defeated by the difficulities or obstacles, besides, you won't feel lost even when you are in your bad time.
