Don't let yesterday take up too much of today.

别让昨天的事情占据今天太多时间。

Learn from yesterday, but don't let it take up too much of your time today.

Yesterday's successes, yesterday's loses...

All of them are past, what we can learn may be just the experience.

There are still a long road we should go.

If we abandon ourselves into the past things, no matter successes or loses, may become today's burden, which may slow your pace down.

As to myself, I often attribute my today's lot to the past errors, the past faults in choices and actions.

Actually, they have some influnences but not the crucial point.

If I can do my best today, the destiny must be changed.

Be true to your word and your work and your friend.

对诺言要信守，对工作要尽责，对朋友要忠诚。

Do some reviews at intervals:

Have I kept my words?

Have I lived up to the accomplishments I have written in my weekly reports?

Am I true to my friends?
