解决:
这涉及到调用的windowsSDKs的调用问题, 必须要调用准确当前平台的lib文件;
本次的问题出现在 当前项目目录中存在kernel32.lib文件, 该文件是很久之前拷贝的win32 平台下的文件, 所以才导致这样的问题;删除过后,就立马正确了;
