Time you enjoy wasting, was not wasted.

你乐于挥霍的时间，都不能算作是浪费。

A few days ago, I learned a sentence from ShanBay, it goes like this:

Be careful. If you are losing your leisure, you may be losing your soul.

And today, this sentence from Youdao tells the same meaning, at least I think so.

Life is not all about job, study and housework, even when we are entangled in these things, there are still opportunities and time that we can spend on things we enjoy doing.

Sometimes we may feel tired of our life, which are full of trifles, then, we'd better to spare some time to enjoy life.

We must learn about the importance of taking care of the good moments in life, of the relationship with family and friends, and taking time to experience nature, art, music and so on.

Life is beautiful, life is wonderful.

Art doesn't have to do anything. It just has to be there for the fierce pleasure we take in doing it.

艺术不需要做什么。在我们从事艺术时，能让人感受到强烈的愉悦就够了。

It reminds me of the difference between the two culture: results-oriented culture and process-oriented culture.

I always imagine that I can do what I love, whatever the results may be, only if I can enjoy the process.

Obviously, only the process is not enough, the value of the process always lies in the result.
