Tomcat提示“严重: Null component Catalina:type=JspMonitor,name=jsp,WebModule=//localhost/,J2EEApplication=none,J2EEServer=none”错误，

然后无法启动，

这是因为 Tomcat 使用的 jre 版本比应用程序编译的 jre 版本低造成的。

需要把 Tomcat 使用的 jre 版本升级到和应用程序编译的 jre 版本一样或更高。
