mysql是客户机/服务器的结构。

mysql是客户端行工具，连接mysqld服务，执行sql命令，可认为客户端sdk

mysqld 启动mysql数据库服务。

脚本启动mysql服务的命令是 net start mysql，这是怎么回事？

这里的mysql是一个服务名称，执行services.msc，可以看到mysql服务，执行路径是 xxx\mysqld --defaults-file=xxx，可认为mysql这个服务是mysqld 的别名，net start mysql 就是运行 mysqld程序。
