在安装行环境.NET Framework 4时无法安装，提示“灾难性故障”。服务器的操作系统是windows  server 2008 R2。

查看系统日志时显示“无法安装 Windows 更新 "Windows 更新程序 (KB958488)"，因为发生错误: 2147549183“灾难性故障”(命令行:“"C:\Windows\system32\wusa.exe" "C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\Windows6.1-KB958488-v6001-x64.msu"”)”

解决办法：添加C盘根目录下的Users用户并给予读取与运行权限即可正常安装了。
