码的!java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.jdbc.core.RowMapper这个错误搞了半天

因为写的项目是手动建的WEB-INF包,忘了建lib包然后代码一直报错,找不到类!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

反复修改忘了建lib包用来放jar文件
