总体没什么问题。

1.创建Projection菜单，Lambert，Geographic，ShowLatLon子菜单。

2.需要添加：

using MeteoInfoC.Projections;

3.修改：

TSMI_ShowLonLat

为：

showLatLonToolStripMenuItem
