cannot open masterdata for this two UPCs since the error below is displayed, but I checked and the merchandise category is correct.

Solution:

I checked that the model of these two UPC have changed to the new MC 100510196, that’s why you can’t submit this work order. So could you please help to confirm which one is the correct MC for these two UPCs?

If the old MC 100510375 is correct one, the PLM team will help to change the model to MC 100510375 in PLM. Otherwise could you submit this work order with new MC 100510196?
