编译带有sqlite3的数据库c语言程序时,出现fatal error: sqlite3.h: No such file or directory，找不到头文件的问题。应该是是系统没有安装函数库。

在Ubuntu 中这样安装

执行下面语句解决：

sudo apt-get install libsqlite3-dev
