方法一：右键菜单的“TortoiseSVN”->“Settings”->“Save Data”对话框中，点击“Authentication data”旁的“Clear”按钮，清除登录凭证。保险起见，点击个个“Clear”按钮，把本地缓存都清除了，点击“确定”。

方法二：在tortoiseSvn的network标签中： 如果不用代理：取消enable proxy server，如果使用代理，选中enable proxy server。
