apt-get update 时的问题 W:Failed to fetch gzip:/var/lib/apt/lists/partial...解决办法

这个问题和我遇到的是一样的。
可能是我的源设置的问题，导致用devstack安装openstack的时候提示这个错误，根据上面那个解决方案，可以搞定这个问题。
