一个python 项目运行在linux 环境下，使用apache做为web容器。

调用urllib2.urlopen(your url) 或者 xmlrpclib.ServerProxy()请求某个服务的时候报error: [Errno 13] Permission denied 异常。

这是一个头痛的问题，其实提示也比较清楚，就是权限不够。可是什么权限不够呢， 项目目录我都赋给apache 755权限了。在google查了半天发现，原来是SELinux在搞鬼。

关闭SeLinux就可以了

使用 setenforce 0 马上关闭

修改/etc/selinux/config 文件中的SELINUX=“disabled”  即使重启也会关闭
