国产软件如何让人再次失望——!20824 mindspore1.3.0gpu version can not compile from source code, because openmpi source code has bug

Mindspore1.3.0gpu version can not compile from source code, because openmpi4.0.3 source code has bug.
Here I give a right openmpi url and md5 value, and give a right compile method.

The url for origin openmpi4.0.3source code is wrong , the origin openmpi4.0.3 source code in github has bug, so i revised
the url and md5 value.

Under my configuration, the code was successfully compiled in this modification.

实在想不到这样的一个大企业在对于问题的态度如此敷衍，虽然是开源软件但是这东西总也得讲个质量吧，对自己的产品总该有所担当吧，这东西本就是个配置文件错误，一个蛮低级也蛮简单的问题，最后时隔数月得到如此回答，如此态度的开发人员又怎么能要人有信心去支持呢，太要人失望了，如此态度自己还花了那么长时间去维护该软件，看来国产Deep Learning框架的未来或许不在HUAWEI，期待真正有实力有当担的国产软件公司出现吧。
