解决方案：仔细看错误的原文，翻译成中文大致的意思就是要提交的代码不在版本控制之下，并且不是提交的一部分，他的子文件也不是提交的一部分，我自个儿琢磨着就是要先提交父文件夹，然后再提交父文件夹的子文件，然后我先提交了父文件夹，然后提交其中的子文件，最后把问题解决了。

PS：如果上面的方法不行的话，试试看吧要提交的文件先备份一下，然后把源文件删除了，然后再拷回来，再提交。。我这样屡试不爽，能解决问题的
