不需要删除整个 .metadata 如果删除这个代价是重新导入全部项目

D:\eclipse-workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.e4.workbench

只需要删除此路径下的

workbench.xmi

百度查了好久 没有很好的解决方案  参考了这个得到了答案
