希望我总结的行为面试问题和答案能够给大家帮助。

Give an example when you disagreed with the decision your manager made and how you handle it

To be honest, I have a great manager and it is rare that I disagree with him. -- 夸赞上司

最后事实证明经理是对的，虽然我是错的，但是我认为提出异议是很重要的，因为对公司来说是好事。

I have a great manager and it is rare that I disagree with him.

However, during a meeting, my manager put forward a proposal which would change our working practices.

After careful consideration,I approached my manager and explained my views about why I felt the proposal might not work.

Although my manager disagreed with my thoughts, I still thanked him for listening to my advice. And I got on positively with the new proposal.

It turned out that my manager was right. Although I was wrong, I felt it's important to say when you disagree with something as the organazition could get benefit from diverse opinions and experiences. And I would always respect my manager and work hard to achieve the company missions and goals.

Give an example of when you have met a tight deadline

我们在现场测试的时候遇到了一个之前没有考虑过的技术问题。这个问题只有在现场测试才能测出来。

点评：我认为遇到紧急期限的工作时，我们更应该冷静并准确的处理问题，并且我也很享受当任务如期高效完成时的满足感。

英文描述

One thing came to my mind when I met a very tight deadline.

It was late on Friday afternoon, everything went ok and we thought this project would go alive on Saturday.

However, a test showed that we met an unexpectable error which was only emerged in the customer's site.

To make the project go alive on time , My team and I volunteered to analyis this error.

We carefully read the logs and had a discussion on the details.

Thankfully, we managed to get the job done before Saturday.

I feel it is important to get the job done accurately and fast when under a tight deadline and I enjoy the feeling of satisfaction I get when the job

is completed on time and to a high standard.

A disabled member of staff started working with us recently. I noticed that his desk was located quite a distance from the toilet and it took a long time for him to go to the toilet. As my desk was situated near to the toilet , I offered to swap the locations .

He accepted the offer and thanked me for being considerate.

I felt it's important to offer help to new colleages if they need. Not only can we make them feel welcomed within the office,but also it's good for the organizition and the company.

Give an example of when you didn't meet a goal and how you handled it

When I first worked for the previous employer, I set myself a difficult task which is about learning a new tech.

I promised my manager that I would apply the new tech at work within 4 weeks. However, it soon became apparent that I couldn't complete the job on time, as I underestimated the time needed. I appologized for my fault and assure my manager it would not happen again.

Now I always plan meticulously to make sure that I would finish the work on time.

If I do make a mistake,I would learn from it and improve for the next time.
