一片红，没有黑色disPatcher的加载。

百度，但是没有用，二十分钟浪费，这个问题的本质就是web.xml中的disPatcher没有加载，但是我肯定和代码无关，配置文件也没有变化过，值可能是tomcat设置的问题。

disPatcher没有加载，第一、disPatcher相关的spring包的问题，可能是缺少，可能是版本不对；第二、disPatcher配置的路径不对。

WebContent文件夹没有加载，找不到相关的路径啊！

以前遇到过同样的问题，是WebContent没有加载到项目中。
