错误例如以下：

Error:Execution failed for task ':Companion:preDexDebug'.

> com.android.ide.common.process.ProcessException: org.gradle.process.internal.ExecException: 

Process 'command 'C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_40\bin\java.exe''

finished with non-zero exit value 1

原因：网上找了好多方法，无法解决。后来自己通过gradle在命令行里编译 发现例如以下问题：

streamingsdk1.0.jar时出错; invalid END header (bad central directory offset)

streamingsdk1.0.jar时出错; java.io.EOFException

jar包 出问题了。就是你须要用到的jar包 打包格式错误。。。

解决的方法： 去掉错误的jar包就可以编译执行。
