启动项目的时候发现tomcat跑不起来。后台输出错误Socket bind failed: [730048] ?????????×???(Э?é/???????/???)????í??

发现是eclipse死了之后重新启动的。原来的那个还在进程中，实际上就是启用了2个tomcat。但是共用了一个端口。所以报这个错。

解决办法：在进程中杀掉tomcat重新启动eclipse，或者直接注销用户!
