问题：
（1）提示“reload the page and then start the workflow”错误
（2）提示“Unable to properly communicate with the workflow service”异常
 
解决方式：
确保以下Services正常启动，可以在运行“Services.msc”打开服务管理器看看：
a.WorkflowServiceBackend
b. Service Bus Backend
c. Service Bus Gateway
d. FabricHostSvc
 
这里是Service Bus Backend和Service Bus Gateway没启动导致的。
