1. No Entity Framework provider found for the ADO.NET provider

方法很简单，添加下面的dll即可

EntityFramework.SqlServer.dll

After reinstalling Entity Framework 6 Tools for Visual Studio 2012 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=40762 every thing went back to normal.

3. One or more types required to compile a dynamic expression cannot be found.

Add Reference -> .NET -> add Microsoft.CSharp.

4. Could not load type 'System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure.TableExistenceChecker

ccording to the description, The version of the EF in the gac is 6.0 instead of 6.1.3. So we can downgrade the EF version for the website via nuget.
