这是在使用MySQL 8.0以上版本（MySQL连接驱动和版本都是8.0以上）的时候出现的问题错误，我们需要在访问数据库的Url后面加上

?serverTimezone=GMT%2B8

比如我的URL配置是  jdbc_url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test

修改成：jdbc_url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test?serverTimezone=GMT%2B8

如果读取数据库的数据乱码了，需要增加UTF-8,修改如下：

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test?serverTimezone=GMT%2B8&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8
