Cannot negotiate authentication mechanism

查看
Eclipse->Windows->Preferences->Team->SVN中SVN接口：Client属性为JavaHLM(JNI) 1.9.7(r1800392)，将此属性改选为SVNKit (Pure Java) SVNKit v1.8.12.10533,(此具体内容与eclipse中安装的svn版本相关）即可解决此问题。
