App Transport Security has blocked a cleartext HTTP (http://) resource load since it is insecure. Temporary exceptions can be configured via your app's Info.plist file.

iOS 9.0由于强制使用https  所以之前使用的 http的连接 的应用  都不可以运行了，为了解决这个问题

所以在项目中的info.plist文件中，加上

就可以解决在iOS 9.0系统上可以运行
