openstack中，有时会经常出现这种错误，原因无二，一是安全组没有设置正确，二是openstack中网络配置会有些问题或者是相关的服务没有启动。

　　解决方法：1.安全组问题在nova.conf和neutron.conf配置中涉及到SecurityGroup，一定要设置正确，如果错误的话，不仅出现这个错误，而且还有安全组不能创建。

　　2.有些服务重新启动会出现Stop：Unknown instance。这个错误即使你强制启动，过一会又会自动stop。我认为还是相关的neutron服务没有配置正确。细心检查，重新启动，问题应该就不大了。
