已经尝试的操作:
1,用本地Navicat工具使用上面mysql链接信息正常,执行sql语句正常;
2,链接字符串添加serverTimezone=UTC&useSSL=true尝试过,一样的异常;
3,在解决方案目录通过cmd命令行窗口,用mvn命令运行程序正常

运行命令:
D:\javaWorkspace\IdeaProjects\account-connect-xxh>mvn spring-boot:run -pl account-login-cbsgwh
4,然后回到idea里面找到我的项目(解决方案下有多个项目)的启动类,右键,启动运行,发现也是正常的。

然后就发先idea顶部菜单栏的启动配置那里多出来一个启动配置。于是就明白了,原来的默认启动项目错了,应该设置成默认启动我的项目,而不是其他位置的项目。
