That news indicated that Huawei, a respectful IT giant, plans to dimsiss some workers who exceed the age limit, the age limit, for the Delivery Department, is 35, and for the Software Research and Development Department, 40.

But as we all know, the age limit is not the hard and fast rule, if you are an expert in your field, you don't have to worry about being dismissed, because they need you, they need your irreplaceable knowledge and experience in the field.
