Don't make promises you can't keep. But those are the best kind.

不要许下做不到的承诺，但是我们做不到的承诺往往是最好的。

The best way to be a man of his word may be never making any promise.

And the best way to avoid being disappointed is never having any hope or wish for the future.

But those are the best things, those are what we strive for.

If you want to see what children can do, you must stop giving them things.

你如果想见识孩子们的能耐，就千万别直接把东西给他们。

If you can do it for them, just give the best of what you have and teach them how to behave properly or even better than what you have shown toward them the next time.

Don't wait to tell them what's right and what's wrong. If they were treated in such ways, I mean, being taught what is the right way after they had committed some wrongdoings.

Just like coding, there are many mature functional-libraries, we don't need to realize most of the functions ourselves, just need to learn how to find these libraries on the internet and how to use them in our own program.

If there is someone in our team who happens to have that knowledge, and if he would be willing to share his knowledge and experience with his team-members, then those greenhands would have less difficulties in finishing the project.

To learn from each other, to share with each other, to make progress collectively, and to attain great achievements.
