解决办法：

　　经过百度查找，得到了解决方法如下：

  • 第一步，删除原hive连接MySQL数据库中存放hive元数据的数据库。drop database hive;
  • 第二步，新建存放元数据库的数据。create database hive;
  • 第三步，修改数据的编码为latin1 。   alter database hive character set latin1;
