My existence is not without reason. I know that I could be a quite a different person.

When you are considered to be indispensable in your organization, that means you have become quite a different person.

Try to make yourself unique, both in knowledge and practical experiences.

If you find your skills can be easily replaced by others, please watch out, maybe you should start to learn some new skills to make sure you are irreplaceable.

You can't turn back the clock, but you can wind it up again.

Today I was asked a question by my team-leader, I'd like to present it here:

Do you have a clear conception about the skills-tree in your field?

At that very moment, I didn't give him a definitive answer, I can easily see the dissatisfying feeling when looking into his eyes.

And I was dissatisfied with my performance as well, obviously I haven't had a deep and clear understanding about my current business.

That was very depressed, it would make us feel lost in our routine works.

If we don't know what should we do or what should we do to improve skills, we would feel boring about our work, and we would be discarded by this era.

Uh, what is the skills-tree? I wish I can have a clear answer later and know how to consolidate those basic skills.

Maybe we should rework our bootstrap-program to improve the quality of code in our core libraries.
