TLS1.1升级到TLS1.2（微信小程序要求TLS1.2以上）

最后解决了：创建一个txt，把下面的代码放进去，改后缀名为 .reg 然后双击运行，完了后重启服务器。我最终是用这个方法解决的。你们也可以挨个试试，毕竟大家的服务器不一样。
