问题描述：

svn: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://test.com/svn/clouds/trunk/fire_Alarm'
svn: Unable to open auth file for writing
svn: Can't open file 'C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\Subversion\auth\svn.ssl.server\0f30db9b414fd49c10d03e18684c5d86': 拒绝访问。

解决办法：

将目录：找到这个路径：C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\Subversion\auth\svn.ssl.server 下的文件  0f30db9b414fd49c10d03e18684c5d86 并删除。

更新、提交等不再报错，亲测可用。
