Hi Filip,

I don't see why you have vstoinstaller.config, it doesn't exist by default. Best guess is that you want to customize something. Please remove it if you don't intend to use that.

On the other hand, the type specified in the config file points to Microsoft.Office.BusinessApplications.Runtime, which is a SharePoint runtime library assembly. I don't foresee how this should present in Outlook addin project. If you do use it, you need to configure your computer with SharePoint.

Does that resolve the problem?
