这个问题一般是因为升级MSYQL8.0

可以在数据库连接后面加上

serverTimezone=时区

如:

jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/foodie?serverTimezone=UTC&characterEncoding=utf8&useUnicode=true&useSSL=false
