先贴上控制栏的报错信息，以下为解决方式：

首先我把所有部署过得项目都删掉，然后重新启动tomcat之后可以启动成功，并且可以看到欢迎页面，然后依次部署几个自己写的小的servlet测试页面也没有事，正常运行了

可是部署有些项目的时候就给报这个错误了，网上这个错误信息似乎好少，历尽艰辛 终于找到可用的解决办法了，具体如下 贴出来警示自己，造福后人：
