2. 借用其他的知识弥补这个领域的知识，不简单的是应用，而是能应用的好并且发现新的东西。

Insight VS research

Put another way, research can tell us what is happening, but we need insight to understand why it is happening, and crucially, what to do about it. Whilst research is an important part of our UX tool kit, we need insight to create solutions to the problems we discover.

To create insight we draw on analysis skills, previous experience, subject matter expertise and an understanding of human behaviour and psychology.

Insight meaning: (the ability to have) a clear, deep, and sometimes sudden understanding of a complicated problem or situation: e.g. It was an interesting book, full of fascinating insights into human relationships.
