方法/步骤：

1. 再我们打开一些网上下载的文档的时候可能出现错误提示

2. 这种问题一般是文件编码的问题,我们需要选择打开文件的编码,具体步骤如下所示先关闭文件窗口 双击关闭,然后点击菜单栏的 文件(File) . 打开 (open) 出现打开文件的页面....

3. 找到要打开的文件. 这是后不要双击打开.而是选择右下角的文件格式
