CentOS编译安装MySQL，./coonfigure时出现错误：

checking for termcap functions library... configure: error: No curses/termcap library found

解决方法：安装

1、下载网址：ftp://invisible-island.net/ncurses/

# tar -zvxf ncurses-5.7.tar.gz

# ./configure

# make

# make install

2、安装了ncurses，依然有这个错误 ，接下来安装ncurses-devel.i386.rpm

下载网址：

http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/6031397/dir/centos_other/com/ncurses-devel-5.6-7.20070612.i386.rpm.html

#rpm -ivh ncurses-devel-5.5-24.20060715.i386.rpm

3、这样就可以对mysql进行配置、编译和安装了。

解决方法：mv /etc/my.cnf /etc/my.cnf.old
